I've written a whole bunch of documentation for cl.oquence, though it is not done:
http://ahh.bitbucket.org/doc/build/html/ahh.cl.oquence.html
Thought some of you might want to get started on reading it though.
You'll notice a whole bunch of things that aren't yet implemented. The plan is basically to start working on spiking network code and implement things as needed. Most of the things on that page are fairly small jobs. If you are implementing something and need one of the things that remain unimplemented, let me know by commenting on the corresponding bug and I'll put it at the top of the pile of things to implement. I'm planning on spending 2 hours / day for the summer on general library stuff and the rest of the time on spiking computation, though for now it will probably still be shifted a bit more towards library stuff as I hit snags.
If someone wants to try to implement something themselves that'd be awesome. I can point you towards some of the easier ones and guide you through a bug or two if you'd like.
Best,
Cyrus
