summary: Total number of timesteps is now a simulation variable so that probes and whatnot can allocate memory of the appropriate size. Implemented that, removed n_timesteps argument from run(), fixed script.

summary: Fixed default for ahh.py.UpTree.getrec(include_self). Added dictionary of min and max for the various indices used in the sim (Simulation.idx_ranges and Model.idx_ranges). Gave ConstrainedProbe the ability to use the max as the default if not specified, similar to the timestep thing I implemented earlier.
