ASIAN AND ASIAN AMERICAN PARTICIPANTS NEEDED FOR STATE SERVICES EVALUATION

We are seeking Asian and Asian American individuals living with physical, mental, and/or developmental impairments who are willing to participate in a private interview to discuss challenges he or she faces when seeking disability services.

These interviews will contribute to Illinois Department of Human Services’ efforts to facilitate access to and improve the quality of services for the Asian American population.

Those who participate will receive a $10 gift certificate for their time.

Please call Rachael Burke at (312) 793-7342 or email at Rachae...@illinois.gov for more details regarding these interviews or to set up an interview at a time convenient for you.  If the participant chooses, he or she can be a part of a focus group instead of a private interview.
