Board meeting/please vote on 501c3 update

Hello directors,

So we missed our board meeting earlier this month -- can we pick a date
to reschedule? We have until the 25th, when elections are scheduled to
happen. Tom, you said the 17th is the tail end of your trip. Would the
18th work? I won't be available that Friday-Sunday, but will be open the
next week. Open to suggestions!

Also, please review the 501c3 update Josh sent out on the 7th and vote
on that issue. For the sake of keeping the 501c3 stuff moving, let's
get this done via email instead of waiting until the next board meeting.

I won't be able to make it that early on a thursday, I have class until 9:00. 

Also, anything against me inviting people who may be interested in running for board to the next meeting? I sent an email out to SI.all.open saying 'your local hackerspace is looking' to see if there may be outside parties who would be interested, got one hit so far from a woman doing a design science phd.

Ox, what is the earliest time you think you can make it on the 18th?

No problem here with inviting potential board nominees along -- at least
they would sort of know what they are getting into. :P
