A reminder to all: board meetings are scheduled for the second Wednesday
of each month. They start at 8PM (or 7PM if we have a lot to get
through), and we have been meeting at the Elixir Vitae/Cafe Ambrosia
basement recently (although we have been known to wander a bit,
depending on how busy our meeting spot is).

In an effort to improve the lines of communication and overall
transparency with all concerned parties, we want to remind you that
these meetings are OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Other than newsletters, this is
one of the best ways to catch up on the state of things at AHA.

Recognizing that probably very few people here monitor the Director's
mailing list, we will also be sending out meeting reminders to the
biglist/members list with the final details and agenda the week of the
meeting.

As always, let us know if you have any questions at
bo...@allhandsactive.com, or just reply to this thread.

Cheers,
-- Nate Y.

That's a valid point. I know we have occasionally clashed with other groups meeting there, so we give them dibs on the space. I have no problem keeping it at AHA if possible!

How big are the board meetings? If less then 20, Why not have them at AHA?  We tend to make room for larger groups periodically for classes.

I feel it would make more sense plus encourage public participation from people who use the space.

Recently, the gamer group that comes down has, but we could always check the calendar, or maybe ask them to switch weeks with us?
