Dear Hemant,
I looked into the verses you have sent. I wish to say two things.
(1) These verses are secondary instructions for those who have followed the primary and central instructions of Quran. The primary instruction is overcome your self or ego (surrender to God), never showoff authority or muscle power, never oppress, never exploit, see the pain of others, don't get work done without due payment of labor, be compassionate. I would give four examples.
A) In the war of Badr, Prophet Mohummad's uncle Hamza was cut into pieces. When Mohammad saw his body, he said, "If they attacked again, I will do the same thing to 13 people." Immediately, a verse (aayat) descended on him "Muhammad, take as much revenge as the injustice is done. And if you could forgive, that is dearer to Allah" . The idea of revenge went off his head and soul. He lived every word and spirit of it in his life.
B) In a fight Ali empowered his bitter foe. When he was about to kill him, the foe spit on Ali's face. Ali left him. When his companions asked him why did he let the enemy go. He said, "I felt angry, it would have been an act of self."
C) Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan came from Peshawar to Delhi by train. Gandhi sent some one to receive him at the station. He searched for Khan all over. When he entered his compartment, he saw him sitting in a corner and in sleep. He woke up Ghaffar Khan and asked why did you not lie down on the berth, it was empty. He said, "I had paid only for a seat, not for the berth? Qoran infused in him highest form of nonviolence and satyagraha.
D) Hanuman and vanar sena were searching for Sita. When Giddha Sampati provided the information that Sita is in Lanka, in the middle of the sea, Angad and others stated their physical capabilities but Hanuman kept silent. Jamvant then saw at Hanuman and asked, "Why are you silent" Then he said, "I am ready to go". Hanuman never asserted self.
(2) Kafir is not the person of other religion. The one who is driven by self, by arrogance and authoritarianism and is oppressive or part of the oppressive regime. Kabir has given a very appropriate definition of kafir.
Kabira so nar peer hai, jo jane par peer
Jo par peer na jaane so kafir bepeer.
The one who does not understand the pain of others is kafir. Over 80% Muslims and Hindus in our country are in hardships. They are truthful, compassionate and cooperate with each other. They are living Islam and Vedas for us.
Best regards
