There are many reasons in deed. I can mention one two here. The 1st reason is, this forced evacuation may help Bengaluru, to control it's unhealthy and unmindful growth. If we say it was ( burring the lakes and building townships)  a crime against the nature, the time has come to face the conciseness! ( ಮಾಡಿದ್ದುಣ್ಣೋ ಮಾರಾಯ!).

2nd reason is, this alarming situation may trigger some good thoughts among sensible people, which is a good sign. I really hope to that this situation should make us to think us holistically, not only about the lakes, but about the life itself. questions related the Education, Language, Development, Social and cultural issues etc... It means, we have reached the time where we need to understand  our fragmented minds,  and try to put sincere  efforts to find out if there is any unfrequented mind!

What do you say?

"Therefore in a commercial age with its ideal, vulgar and barbarous, of success, vitalistic satisfaction, productiveness and possession the soul of man may linger a
while for certain gains and experiences, but cannot permanently rest. If it persisted too long, Life would become clogged and perish of its own plethora or burst in its straining to a gross expansion. Like the too massive Titan it will collapse by its own
mass, mole ruet sua*." - Sri Aurobindo (The Human Cycle, Civilisation & Barbarism)
