Dear Shea,

I want to model rainfall-runoff in the Walnut Gulch watershed using AGWA 3x and KINEROS 2. I've tried 2 DEMs (30m and 10m) provided by SWRC Data Access Project. Everything Seems good till the Dissolving process and then the error comes out and says 'Watershed delineation failure'. How can I solve this problem?

Many thank in advance

Hi Rahim,
What version of AGWA are you using? You can find it by clicking About AGWA from the AGWA Tools menu.

Also, go to the Geoprocessing menu at the top of ArcMap and select Results to open the Geoprocessing results. The results of several tools that AGWA uses in the delineation process will be recorded there. If there are any with a red X, that indicates that tool failed and you should click the + icon next to it to view the messages that may give some insight into what went wrong. The geoprocessing results are only saved in the results window if the map document you tried the delineation in was saved after the attempt. If the entire map document crashed during the attempt, the geoprocessing results will not be saved/recorded in the results window. Post back with a screenshot or text of the messages in any failed tools.

Also, there is 1m LiDAR available for Walnut Gulch if you would like to use that, but the storage and processing overhead are quite a bit higher. I think there are 8 tiles that need to be mosaiced together when downloading it from the National Map (https://apps.nationalmap.gov/downloader/#/).
