SWAT2000.exe Error - array bounds exceeded

I am unable to run SWAT analysis and get this error everytime I try to execute a simulation. Is there guidance on navigating this error?

The READSOL routine indicates it's a problem with your soils data. A common issue that will cause this is performing a parameterization with a SSURGO soils database that hasn't had its tabular data imported. You can confirm this by inspecting the look-up tables in the delineation geodatabase ending with _p_parLUT or _temp_soil_lut. To import the tabular data, use Microsoft Access to open the soildb_us_2003.mdb that came with your SSURGO soils data and run the Import macro pointed at the tabular data folder that comes with your soils. After you've imported the results, do a new parameterization and create a new simulation with the new parameterization.
