AGWA v USACE HEC-HMS

After we proposed to use AGWA to help predict erosion and creep in a small watershed for periods of 100, 1,000 and 10,000 years, the client asked about using the US Army Corps of Engineers HEC-HMS. I understand that the Geospatial Hydrologic Modeling Extension (HEC-GeoHMS) can create basin models using GIS datasets and that HEC-GeoHMS is now a plugin to ESRI's ArcGIS software. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks, Tom
