AGWA extension installation problems

I'm running standalone ArcGIS 10.7.1. I unzipped AGWA 10.7, double-clicked to open it, and received the following error message:

 

I selected Yes, resulting in:

I then opened ArcMap and the Add-in Manager; the extension was not present so I opened the Options tab, searched for additional add-ins, navigated to and added the AGWA folder. Then I went in to Customize, Add from File and selected the AGWA extension, resulting in:

 

I submitted a BLM help desk ticket on April 30th, but it has not been addressed.  I was registered for but missed the 2021 AGWA class last week because I can’t get the extension to install properly and have received no assistance from my Agency. 

Can someone help me?

Hi Kat,

Apologies for your trouble. This isn't anything you're doing wrong, we mistakenly didn't update a property of the build before we compiled the 3.10.0.2428 version for ArcMap 10.7. Fortunately, you can download the version for ArcMap 10.6 (version 3.10.0.2415, https://www.tucson.ars.ag.gov/agwa/download/agwa_3.x/agwa_add-in_10.6-3.10.0.2415.zip) and follow the procedure where you double-click on the extracted add-in to install it and it will work.

Working in Citrix, you may encounter a few more difficulties, but I should be able to help you get up and running if you do.

Well . . . nothing to that! AGWA is installed and working. Although I'm Agency I run all ESRI products standalone and avoid CITRIX as much as humanly possible!
