New ESRI License - Can't Load AGWA: How can I do it?

Esri is pushing ArcGIS Pro, but I need AGWA for a project ASAP and AGWA won't load to Pro. I'm trying to get Esri to give me a download link to 10.8, but so for no dice.  Any ideas to get AGWA working?

Dr  Phil. Thank you so much! Yesterday Esri told me that they would licence me 10.8 desktop as a special case as they no longer sell it or have downloads available (after they learned that Python will eventually resolve the issue.) I should know by midweek if this will proceed, and, if so, plan A is to get started on data collection and design, and then wait to see if the Python solution becomes available by the time we're ready. If not, plan B is to take Esri up on the 10.8 licence. So no worries about getting this answer right now. Again, thank you so much! Tom
