VALENCIA AGREE BANEGA SWITCH
8 Jan 2008 - 5:29

Valencia have confirmed they have reached an agreement to sign
Argentinian midfielder Ever Banega from Boca Juniors.

Valencia have not announced a fee for the 19-year-old, who took his
medical with the Spanish club on Saturday morning, but reports suggest
the transfer will cost the Los Che in the region of 18 million euros.

Valencia announced the deal in a statement on their website, which
read: "Valencia and Boca Juniors have agreed to the transfer of the
midfielder Ever Banega for the remainder of the season and five more.

"Next week an announcement will be made on which day the Argentinian
footballer will be presented as a new player of Valencia."

Argentina, Chile y México imparables (BBC MUNDO COM)
