This is further to my earlier email. Due to Certain Unavoidable reasons there is a change .  Pl note the change in the Date. The forum meeting is Preponed to 8 th Aug at Belson Taj at 7pm.Dinner follows the Meeting.

Dear Rtn Hyma

On 12th Aug we have the program - lecture by Samavedam Shanmukha Sharma (I have also given you the invite and mentioned during the Rtn vikram reddy program).. There are few more clubs which are joining us for this event and the timing is 6 to 8pm.

The event is from 10 Aug to 12 Aug (3 days - daily evening 6 to 8pm). Hence please postpone or prepone the same,

I find Writting this email a difficult task to start.  When you come to the end of any experience, there is always a mixture of emotions – relief that responsibilities are coming to an end, sadness that what you’ve come to enjoy will no longer be there for you.  But also excitement – in taking what has been learned in the past year, and applying that to what is to come.  And this year I feel I have learned a lot being The Forum Chairperson.

The challenge for us as a Forum of 2013-14  was to make Bonding as an experience, visible and available to those who wanted.  I believe that our core values were of fellowship, fun and contribution towards eachother. I guess The challenge is in the wrapping, not the present that lies within. 

I take great Pride in saying on behalf of my Entire Team of all Presidents of 2013-14 that we Enjoyed and Rejoiced in each other's Achievements.  It's Our Honour and Privilege to hand over the Mantle to One among You who is Dynamic and We look forward to a Great year ahead for The Forum 2014-15 . 

We shall meet at Belson Taj on 12th August at 7pm to Choose the Forum Chairperson and whom I hand over my Mantle. 

I request all of you to be Present as You make the Forum. Our outgoing Team of 2013-14 shall handover to the Incoming Team 2014-15.
