just got back in usa, I have a several questions

for start how much seller wants to want out away or say the last price..

2. why is seller selling., what is the motivation

3. do you have a project plans for this resort and what have been done.

4. did seller trying to clean this up and restore back in operational.

5. need more info..when is the bridge lnking the island to Davao city, starts, is this just a plan proposal or has been approve.
