Subletting from June 19th to Sept 2nd! Time and price both negotiable.
Female students preferred.

Fantastic room in a 2-bedroom apartment. Fully furnished!! A raised
full size bed, dresser, desk, small filing cabinet in the room. Living
room also includes couch, coffee table, etc.

Free parking!! All the amenities of Vista del Campo come with the
apartment: gym, outdoor pool, jacuzzi, computer labs, pool/game rooms,
lounges. Very nice area, all graduate students, very quiet, within
walking distance of campus.

The apartment is extremely clean, my roommate is also very clean and
is rarely home.

Washer and dryer right in the apartment, kitchen comes with a
dishwasher!

Internet, cable, water, electricity, everything is included.

If you need kitchen appliances, utensils, cookwear, etc. I can leave
mine for you to use (with a deposit). I also have a TV for sale for
you to use and if you want a TV to use, I'm more than willing to sell
you mine at a low price! This is all negotiable, please contact me if
you're interested.

Excellent place to live, especially for people going to summer school
here or want temporary housing with the furniture. (Sorry, no pets
allowed. Lease restrictions.)
