Assert fails when solving

Hi

I am trying to use Agros2d to simulate a power transformer and calculate the energy loss and heat distribution. I have setup a system and have attached the a2d file. There are two fields in use: Harmonic magnetic (so I can enter a frequency) and steady-state heat.

When I click 'Mesh Area' there is  no problem; the correct mesh is displayed. However when I click 'Solve' I get this log output:

What could be causing this? 

I am using Agros2d 3.2.0 on Linux Mint 17.1.
