agros2D 1.9.x des not start

Hi all
I try to install all the 1.9.x version of the software on two system
win 7 x64 (enterprise and ultimate). Installations goes fine but then
agros2D doesn't start.
Nor they start on XP SP2 or SP3 virtual machine (vmware).
Conversely, all is good with version 1.8.x

On XP machines I have a message about lack of microsoft.VC90.crt

I then installad c++ redistributable 2008 but it does not work
and I receive a messagge about a missmach between installed and
requested software

Hi,

we have some problems with Windows versionand currently we are trying to
find the cause. I hope it will be fixed in new stable version of Agros2D.

first, congratulation for the great software!
Unfortunately I have the some troubles with your last Windows version.
1.8.1 works fine istead.

Please put a link to working windows binary on your site!
