cannot operate

hi agros2d team,
i downloaded and installed the newest version yesterday. today i tried
to calculate the temperature of a window-detail, but was not
succesfull. the software is able to make a mesh, but after starting
with calculation, the software crashes and no result is available.
please help me, it is very urgent. if someone tells me an emailadress
i can send you the file for testing reasons.

Hi Manfred,
can you send me your file with geometry. There can be a problem with
some non connected part, ore some double point.

its ok, you cannot see the complete adress at first. after giving in
some codes you´ll get the adress. i sent you the file already. thanks
