Rural Farmers Looking for Support

Hello  !

I just received a mail from Roshan Nair, a teacher at  Adharshila Learning Centre, a rural alternative school in Barwani district, MP (70 km from the Maharashtra border) connecting us to some more organic farmers.....

The Tantya Mama Farmers Alliance are currently taking orders for  dals (toovar, udad, chana, moong), peanuts available in October and also have 300 kg of organic, hand ground haldi ready for sale. Please see their website for how to order.

They are hoping that small informal groups of people will buy food, and also visit the farms when processing is done.
