Right now, Environment Minister Jairam Ramesh is deciding if he\'ll allow corporations with American interests to genetically engineer India\'s King of Vegetables -- the brinjal.
Here\'s a new way to persuade the minister to protect India\'s brinjal: In Delhi, we\'re going to make the World\'s Biggest Baingan Bharta!
You can help make a world record. The baingan bharta will have one brinjal for every person who signs this petition. Our goal is 10,000 brinjals. We will then distribute the baingan bharta to the hungry.
