- Your Web sites WILL remain online during this entire maintenance
window.
- Percussion CMS administrative area will be unavailable during this
time.

MAINTENANCE ACTION:
-------------------

-- Our Engineers will be upgrading major components of the Percussion
CMS database responsible for a majority of our back-end operations. As
a result of this maintenance, the administrative area of our
Percussion Web services will be unavailable.

-- The Percussion CMS database will be offline -- You will not be able
to make any changes to Web site, during this time.
