College Authors: Printer Icon removal

To those College Site Authors and Site Managers:

We have removed the print icon from the template in the CMS version of
the Departmental sites and so I'm letting you know that you will want
to update the following image if it is being called to create the
small printer icon that had resided in the upper-right hand area of
your pages.

The image called up there had been named 'controls.gif'. If you'll
simply replace that version with the one labeled 'controls.gif' in the
'Files' section of this Google Group, you should be good to go. Those
who have no done it already will also want to deactivate the link to
the '/coals/printpage.php' that calls the print script.

That print functionality went away when a transition was made to a new
server, and future iterations of the template will simply rely on
users utilizing their browser's print function and CSS print style
sheet.
