IMPORTANT: College Footer Additions

To all College Web Representatives,

There are two new links you all will need to add to the footers of
your pages in order to be in compliance with some new required
statements. Luckily we were able to get the full versions of the
statements to be housed at the AgriLife Administrative site, with just
links available in your footers, so it wouldn't add a bunch of text
there.

The two links that need to be added are the 'Reporting Fraud' link and
the 'Equal Opportunity for Educational Programs Statement' link.

You can see examples of the two links in action (along with their
URLs) on the home page of the College site.

To those in the Percussion CMS, all you need to do is make a publish
of your site (using 'Publish Content Updates') and you'll see the new
changes take effect (they're part of the global template).

For those not in the CMS, you can simply view source on the College
page and scrape the code for the new footer layout and links and
republish your shared footer file.
