Assistance Required with Subarea Definition Glitch in QAPEX Step 2

Dear APEX Team,

I am experiencing a glitch in the second step of QAPEX while attempting to define subareas. Specifically, I am selecting Dominant Land Use, Dominant Soil, Dominant Slope (Option 1 in the screenshot attached), but the model is automatically assigning the subareas according to Dominant Land Use/Dominant Soil/Dominant Slope (Option 2 in the screenshot).

I have also tried using the User Defined option (Option 3 in the screenshot), but the subareas are still being assigned as per Option 2.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
