Issues installing ArcAPEX

Hi everyone,

I am having issue installing ArcAPEX. I have "error 1001" message and cannot figure out how to fix it.

I'd be thankful to get some help from anyone here.

Hi Floyid,

Which version of ArcGIS are you using? Keep in mind that the current version of ArcAPEX works with ArcGIS 10.7.1

Hi everyone,

I am also having the same problem with installing the ArcAPEX with also the same error 1001. Since, I am currently using ArcGIS 10.8, do I need to specifically use the 10.7.1 version of ArcGIS? I attach the screenshot of my error as well hopefully anyone could help me with this. Thank you very much.

As reported in the readme file included in the downloadable zip file with the ArcAPEX 1501.10_7.7 installer “in order to install ArcAPEX for ArcGIS 10.7.1, you MUST have ArcGIS 10.7.1, ArcGIS Spatial Analysis 10.7.1”.
