Hello,

I am currently working with the example data that comes with the most recent update of APEX-CUTE to understand how the program works before I use it on my own data. I ran a test calibration, but I'm confused by the apex.out file. The user manual says that the fifth number through the last number of each line are the "corresponding predicted output variable values". I interpreted this to mean one model output value for each variable that I decided to calibrate for, for each time step that I chose. Since I attempted to calibrate for monthly streamflow, this would mean one flow value for each month of the model run. Please correct me if this is incorrect.

Based on the control file, it looks like the model is running for 12 years, which would be a total of 144 months. But my apex.out file has far more numbers per line than 144 values and I'm hoping that someone can clarify what I'm looking at.

I'm attaching the input files, as well as my cproj file and the output file in question.
Thanks,
Lauren
