Hello everyone,
I have a question regarding apex long term simulations. I am running simulations (over 20 years) involving cotton under no till management, but for some reason, both cotton yield and biomass are almost zero after 3-4 years of simulation. I have tried all I know about the model but I can't quite figure it out. Has anyone ever faced the same issue, and if so how did you resolve it. Any suggestions will be very much appreciated. I have attached my .opcand .Acy files in case these are needed.

Dear Francis,
I do not see any stress that can justify the zero yield and biomass for cotton. My guess is that something is preventing the plant from germinating. You can search the OUT output file for the keyword "GERMINATION" and see if COTS is associated to it.
