Position - Deputy Manager - Technology

Grade - MG3

Location - Secunderabad

Qualification :- MSc in Agricultural Chemistry with minimum 60% marks. Preferably a rank holder/medalist.

Years of experience - Fresh graduate or less than 2-3 years of experience

Candidate Profile -

Development of new fertiliser products based on chemistry of soil-plant relationship

1. Analysis the performance of new fertilizer products developed by Technology department based on a fundamental understanding of the interactions between mineral/organic nutrients, soil system and crops.

2. Suggest new fertilizer products based on a fundamental understanding of mineral uptake mechanism by crops from soils.

3. Develop/evaluate new technologies such as sensors for determining the nutrient status of soils and crops

4. Develop new products for soil conditioning/remediation/amendment based on a fundamental understanding of the physical and chemical properties of various kinds of soils.

4.Working knowledge of related subjects – plant physiology, agronomy, microbiology
