We are looking for Manager – Marketing/Operations, professionals who are experts in the given below areas for our esteemed client; who is a reputed agri business house.

Position:  Manager Marketing/Operations (Focus on Operations & Marketing Function especially Agrochemicals like pesticides etc.)

Summary:

 

1)    Develop effective sales & marketing strategy to make sure the business objectives are achieved according to the plan with expected sales & market target.

2)    Assist BH to set up and develop the organization to ensure the business startup in new markets, smooth operation and further business development as per long term plan.

 

Job Responsibility:

 

1)    Formulate, propose and implement the appropriate sales & marketing strategies and the corresponding plans and budget to achieve short-term and long-term business development targets;

2)    Assist BH to manage business operation especially sales & marketing functions to ensure the performance delivery and to meet or exceed established goals and objectives;

3)    Assist BH to set up and develop the organization in existing and new areas to ensure the smooth operation;

4)    Assist BH to develop organizational set up for targeted Markets in sales, marketing & service to customers (farmers) & stakeholders(Dealers/Distributors/C&F and our Staff);

5)    Assit BH in Receivable &  Risk management as well as control of business operation;

6)    Attract, Select, Develop and Retain the talent to meet the requirements both of the organization development and employee development;

7)    Liaise with headquarter and Zonal offices  office on planning & reporting and resources sharing; 

 

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

 

1)    University degree(major in Agriculture related  and MBA is preferable);

2)    10-15 years work experience with proven track record in Sales & Marketing in Agrochemicals industry. Candidate having experience of working in south and north is preferable.

3)    Minimum 5 years managerial experiences as team leader;

4)    Excellent communication skills with an ability to deal with various levels within and outside the

               Organization;

5)    Strong strategic planning and organizing skill;

6)    Mature, passionate, initiative and flexible.

 

Salary Package :- Around 9 – 11 Lacs per annum
