Position - Senior Manager - Technical Services & Projects

Grade - Senior Manager - MG5

Location: - Hyderabad

Qualification :- B.E./B.Tech (Chemical Engg) from Premier Institute

B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical) with process knowledge and project exposure.

Years of experience :- 12 to 15 years

Age Around :- 40 years

Critical Exposure / Experience deemed essential:-

Experience in Technical Services wing of a phosphatic fertiliser industry. Thorough with process parameters of sulphuric acid, phosphoric acid and complex fertiliser plants, consumption norms, trouble shooting and quest for excellence. Related experience in implementation of projects including preparation of P & IDs and plant layouts, design calculations, suggesting the desired specifications and preparing cost estimates. Experience in erection and commissioning of projects would be desirable. Experience in dealing with the systems like ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001.

Flexibility in Functional / Industry experience :-

Experience in a phosphatic fertiliser industry for at least 10 years at an upper middle management level in operations and projects.

Job Responsibilities:-

Assist the Sr V.P.(Mfg) in monitoring the operational performance across the 4 plants and suggest measures to improve efficiency in all the areas. Responsible for implementation of all the systems in place. Responsible for conceiving operational improvement projects and also work with the plant teams for operational improvement and implementation of such improvement projects. Responsible for timely completion of all the ongoing capital projects.

Competency Profile / Skill set required:-

Must be a self-starter and drive the plant teams for improved performance with conviction and sound practical and technical logic. Team player, sound technical knowledge, good analytical abilities, learner.
