We are looking for Manager – Business Development, professionals who are experts in the given below areas for our esteem client; who is one of the leading and reputed Business House.

Job Title :  - Manager –Business Development.

 

Job Purpose:

 

Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships in fresh fruits exports.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Identifies potential business partners by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking prospective partner’s contributions and their accomplishments.

Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommends plan of business development.

Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new initiative with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

 

Skills and Experience:

 

Deal closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, and Selling toCustomer Needs, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, and Professionalism.

Relevant experience in fresh produce exports or grain exports of at least four years.

 

Salary  -  The package is around 10-12 lacs per annum, though not a constraint for right candidate
