Good morning ladies and gentleman

Looking for a travel agency in the United States I came across it at the top of my search results.

  "Attention! to be Blacklisted Brazilian crook agency CORMACK"

This title caught my attention and I decided to stop and read it.

I would like to make some considerations about this.

In Brazil we have laws that support this type of procedure

- Slander and defamation are crimes against objective honor, that is, they affect the individual's reputation in society. Slander is the most serious crime and consists of falsely imputing someone to have committed a criminal act. Defamation consists of attributing to someone a fact that offends their reputation, although the fact does not constitute a crime.
The penalty for slander is imprisonment from six months to two years and a fine. The penalty for defamation is imprisonment for three months to one year.
The victim must exercise the right to file a complaint within 6 (six) months from the day the victim finds out who committed the crime. If it is not filed, there will be a statute of limitations, which means that the perpetrator will no longer be able to be punished.

The penalty for the crime of slander is imprisonment from six months to two years and a fine. Defamation – Provided for in article 139 of the Penal Code, defamation is the practice of spreading false or inaccurate information about someone, with the aim of damaging their reputation and image before third parties.

After these considerations, I advise you if you have any evidence to present here, as we know that in due legal process everyone has the right to accuse but also that the accused has the right to defend himself.
Talking to you guys to get any kind of reference about this company would be the same thing as me talking to a football referee to give a penalty to my opposing team.
