1. Third option looks good to me. Hence, can we keep it open? In the meanwhile, we can continue to look at a few more options, but with a fixed time frame. As mentioned earlier, I will participate in this activity.
2. Suggest we only join/work with people who want to participate in the
agraharam.
3. My budget for land is Rs 5L.

I too feel that we must keep the third option open. If we find some
thing better than this, we could consider that.
January 15th is a reasonable deadline. In case of any difficulty, it
could be extended up to Feb 15th but not any more.
I too can invest 5 L for the land.

I missed to make another point about the budget.
1. I have given mine just to share my position in our plan.
Please do not consider it as a budget indicator.
...it does not matter what your budget value is.
The aim is to indicate your participation and commitment.
The IMPORTANT thing is to arrive at a total budget and plan from there to build our HOME.
It will also be good to think of a attractive name for our HOME.
