Dear Mr Giri,

The place described appears quite scenic and one would love to live in such a place. But apparently the other amenities required seem to be quite far away.

Incidentally, exactly on what date will you be in Palakkad and how long do you plan to be there ? Where do you plan to stay ?

Also, what about the following:
a) 2 acre rubber planted plot with 3 side road facility is for sale at Attassery road, Kottapuram, Palakkad. This land is situated in a residential area and can be divided into small house plots.
Distance: 1 km from School, Govt. Engineering College, Temple, River etc
Expected Price: Rs.35,000/- per cent (negotiable)

Regards
Siva, V

Dear Dr Siva,

I will be reaching TCR by 10.30 AM. I have five places to visit in and
around Vadakkanchery. I hope to finish it before sunset. I will be
returning by Amritha ex the same night. I have no plans to stay
overnight as the accommodation in hotels has become very expensive
nowadays.

As regards the land, the price of 35,000/-=per cent is too much. No
one would agree for it. We may be able to reduce the price to 30,000/=
but still the price is on the higher side.

Regards,
R V Giri

Dear Mr.Giri,

I think this should be an ideal location. Two years back one of my colleague had bought the House belonging to Mr.Sundaram in the near by area. The location as per his detailing is very good.Hence we can keep this as an option.

Dear Mr Giri,

I assumed you would stay for a few days and that I could plan accordingly.

Anyway, Trissur is a good place though I do not know much about Vadakancherry. Hope you have a safe and useful visit.

I am happy to note Mr Sreenivasan's feedback about the Malampuzha location.
