Dear RV – Thank you for your mail informing me of your proposed visit to PGT on the 14th to shortlist some suitable areas. You have also mentioned about another property by the side of the Vadakkanchery Pollachi State Highway which will be 2 to 3 times costlier than what is on offer at PGT.
I have all along been insisting that basic infrastructure and other amenities like medical facilities, shopping centre, banks, ATMs, auto/taxi stand, and the like, to meet any kind of exigencies, at least within 3-5 kilometres of our site, are a pre-requisite for the barest-most convenience of our members, most of whom would be Senior Citizens and would be without the services of and any physical help from their children/relatives. Given this situation, it is only appropriate that a site that meets all these requirements is given preference even if it comes at a premium. I am only expressing my personal views on this – at the end, your decision should rest with what the majority has to say.

The points raised by Sri.Ganapathy are all very valid and need to be taken into consideration at the time of finalising the plot for the project.But now it is only planned to see the different available sites and then by analysing all pros and cons we can come to certain agreement among ourselves taking into consideration all the points in Sri.Ganapathy's Mail.Till such time we have to explore all the avenues and get the plot at a reasonable price too.Let this be the prime consideration for the present.
