Dear Ganapathy,

Since the site selection is getting delayed, I have planned to go to Palakkadu before the 14th of this month to shortlist some suitable areas so that some of the members can have a look at the sites when they visit their homes this month  I have a list of properties for sale having a price range of approximately Rs 8000/= to 10000/= per cent. I have a feeling that the members are losing steam and interest and some sort of activity is required to maintain the momentum.

There is another property by the side of the Vadakkanchery Pollachi state Highway. The price demanded for this property is Rs16,000/= the lowest we can expect for such properties. Even this is higher than what we are targeting. I do not know how many of us would like to consider this site as the price per cent after keeping aside common areas will be nearly Rs25,000/= per cent. But this area I believe will meet all the requirement suggested by you. I have almost half a dozen sites to inspect and I can include this property as well if the majority of members agree for it.

I look forward to hearing from you and other members in this regard.

Thanks and regards,

R V Giri

Dear Mr.Giri,

Locationwise Land on the vadakkencherry Pollachi State highway can be explored as w.r.t proximity to the amenities that we look for it appears to be be acceptable to the members. As regards to the price tag we shall try to negotiate for a lower price since we shall look for a larger area for our project.Hence this should be kept under active consideration.

Dear Members,

I was hoping more of you would react/respond.

The first set of questions, sent by me, was with the aim that each of us introspect and reply. But the response was limited.

The second was sent to provoke a reply. The response again was limited.

I know it is not possible for many of us to participate in the physical effort involved but moral support is certainly required to sustain the progress that Mr Giri is making. Please kindly respond.

Regards
Siva, V
