Mr Ramesh and Mr Samabasivam have raised a few important points.
The following are my views:
1. Leader/Committee
It will be good to identify a Committee with a leader/secretary.
Mr Giri is already leading so this position is decided. Regarding committee members, for the moment, it can be those who are willing to spare their time for the Agraharam2010 Project. Later we can define a formal one.
2. Corpus Fund
This is a good idea to get a commitment from the participants. But I agree with Mr Giri that some may not like this approach at this point of time. Anyway, our aim is to build a HOME with a happy frame of mind without putting too many conditions. So, let us identify a piece of land that will be acceptable to a majority of us and then move into the next step.
3. Timeplan
This point was raised by Mr Ramesh. I have prepared a tentative Project Schedule and the same is attached to this mail.
Would like everyone to feel free to provide their suggestions/comments on the same.

I have gone through the chart and I believe that it would be agreeable
to all. I have uploaded the file into the home page. No need to search
the in- box for information regarding the agraharam project.
