Error status when trying to export data

Hi all,

I am currently encountering a problem while trying to export data. When I press the Create Export button, the status for the export says error and does not create a file or show any kind of download status.

Has anyone encountered this problem and/or knows a solution?

Good morning everyone, 

I’m experiencing the same issue. My exports either go straight to “Error,” or a very small export of just a few MB is generated, containing only the observation.csv file. Is there a server problem?

Can someone help us? I urgently need to work with the export.

Hi all,

 

The export function has indeed been having some difficulties this week. In some cases a second or third attempt to create an export does go through successfully, but for a number of projects the export currently returns only errors or produces an incomplete export just as you described.

 

I’ve already contacted the developers and asked them to look into the issue and/or restart the exporttool. In most cases this resolves the issue. I’m awaiting their response and will let you know as soon as I receive an update.

The export issue has been resolved, and everything should now be functioning normally again. You should be able to create exports without errors or missing data.

 

If you do encounter any further issues, please let us know so we can look into it right away.
