Hi Folks,
Sorry about the further questions, but im looking for some guidance on how to deal with sequences where an animal responds to the camera, as well as sequences that only contain a single shot of an animal.
I understand that sequences where an animal responds to the camera cannot be used for analysis of speed, but should I still track the animal for analysis of effective detection zone, or leave tracking completely in these cases?
For sequences that only contain a single image, should i track the foot of the animal in this case for analysis of effective detection zone, or does that analysis require information of multiple track points and therefore data on where the animal enters and leaves the field of view?
Many thanks in advance.
Nathan
