Uploading and annotation of photos

Dear all

 

Within our project, we are experiencing problems while annotating. In particular, when we save the annotation, the system seems to get stuck. A time consuming work around is to go to the previous page and then move forward again. In most cases the annotation is then saved correctly. In the past this work around was not necessary.

 

Moreover, when merging two series the platform sometimes freezes completely. The only solution seems to be to close the platform and restarting it.

 

Can anything be done to resolve these problems?

I think I'm running into the same issue where the system gets stuc after saving an annotation. It seems a reload of the page also does the trick afterwords to continue with the annotation being saved.

The issue is for me related the use of Firefox on windows.

I tried Chrome an that seems to work normally.
