Inconsistent timestamps

Dear Agouti team, 

I am writing to inform you of a problem that I encountered while working with videos. 

I added the timestamps manually and I can see them correctly in the "timestamps" window. However, when I open the "observations" window, they are not displayed correctly, but most of them (80%) show the default date of 01/01/1970. 

This makes it difficult for me to check the dates and correct them before exporting the file. 

Could you please help me solve this issue?

Dear Arianna,

 

Most likely, the timestamps were saved correctly but the cached observations view was not yet updated. You can wait for a bit for that to happen, and if it doesn’t after a minute or 2 make an edit to any observation in a deployment to force it to refresh the cache for all observations in that deployment.

Dear Yorick,

Wait is not the solution, because nothing change, Also when edit to force the refresh nothing happens. 

I have attached 2 images to try to better explain what is the bug. In the timestamp window you can see the timestamp but you can’t in the observations window.

Did you manage to resolve this?

I'm running into the same issue, I added some timestamps to videos yesterday, but the changes do not seem to appear..

I also edited some observation in the same deployment and also tried firefox and chrome.
