Thanks so much Alice for the articles, and to all who have responded to our requests for information.  We here in River Florest, a subdivision in Ft. Myers, Florida are working on a model much like the New Canaan one.  We have our mission statement and our name, "River Forest Lending Hands.  "  We would like to keep fees minimal and obtain grants.  Any information on where to begin with grants would be very much appreciated.

 

Best thoughts to all as the holiday season gets underway and we light candles of hope for peace.
