I also consider the missing capability to sort the backlog simply by clicking on a column's header as a serious disadvantage. Drag'n'drop looks great in artificial cases, but isn't an option for backlogs containing more items than fitting on a single page (which, in my opinion, is the normal case for real-world projects). Working with the new backlog in such a case becomes rather awkward, not to say impossible.
For me it also seems to be a kind of inconsistency in the process that you propose here. If requirements already have a business value, why sort them additionally. Wouldn't that make the whole BV thing superfluous?
