Link to Attachment Page from View Tab

Is there a way by editing the Site.html file that I might be able to add a link to Attachment page from the View tab on a ticket.  Currently a user has to go to edit to get to the Attach File button.  It would be so much more efficient if a link or button were available on the View tab as well.

Many users requested to remove the edit tab and have a single view for the ticket page.

We are planning to implement a solution for this problem soon, in the meantime, you can have a look at these files if you want:

agilo/ticket/templates/agilo_ticket_edit.html

agilo/ticket/templates/agilo_ticket_view.html
