Can you please try disabling all of the plugins, including Agilo, and check if the problem goes away?

Probably you can leave TracAccountManager enabled for the test.

Same problem here with 1.3.12. Upgrading to 1.3.13 solves the issue (even if it introduces the problem of the "rapid" task and stories creation from the backlog, where pressing the small "+" sign just leaves you with a black overlay, without the expected popup form. But this is another issue).

No other plugin installed and Trac is at v. 1.0.1 stable.
