hello,

in two of our trac environments the report links in the left sidebar are suddenly gone! this happened supposably after adding tasks and story tickets.
i can't reproduce the error though (i will try though). right now i am inserting the links manually if the html list is empty (sidebar.js) but since we will change reports in the future this is only a temporary fix. any ideas why that could have happened or pointers to where i should start debugging?

thanks
magda

Hi Magda,

we’ll come back to you asap to help you debugging the issue. In the meantime I just want to make sure that the most basic possibilities are ruled out:

are you aware that the sidebar can be hidden by clicking on the right border? If that’s what happened, then you can show it again by clicking in the leftmost area of the browser window.

If that’s not the case, please check your javascript console and send us what you find.

Cheers,

Stefano

Hi again,

to clarify: not the sidebar is missing, just the the links under the headline "Tickets".
wiki links and create ticket links are all there! but thanks i wasn't aware of this functionality!

regards,
magda

thanks for the clarification, I misread your previous mail. So you don’t see any error in the Javascript console then?

hi stefano,

so dumping the response from

$(".tree.tickets").load(url + "/report...
reveals the html for the "Verfügbare Berichte" page where the list .tickets.tree is already emtpy!

but when i go to the page myself (trac/151/report) the reports are all available!

thanks for looking into that!

Hi Magda,

Hi Stefano,

I was just about to write: after updating to agilo 1.3.14 the issue seems resolved.
Thanks and have a nice day!
Magda
