I do not want to simply delete that line without understanding why this started happening. I can't say for sure, but I believe it started after the latest update.

I feel the same way, I wish all of the fields appeared once the edit tab was clicked. I don't know how to change the default behavior, other than hacking the javascript. (I'm just an Agilo user, not a developer).
