agilo doesn't link to just created a new referenced ticket

On my Trac 0.11.6 + Agilo 1.3.5 when user follows by link for example from requirement "Create a new referenced 'User Story'" and saves new Story then new story is being created but link to it in Reference field doesn't.
Can anyone advice what can be a cause and how to fix.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to reproduce this issue.

Can you please provide the exacts steps you are taking?

Also, please upgrade to the latest Agilo version.
