FYI: jQuery 2.0.1 - a few errors in the core_only test.

Hi.

Just DL'ed the latest version - 2.0.1 jQuery, and ran the core_only unit tests using:

  http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/2.0.1/jquery.min.js

There were a few errors reported.

  Test #17 - Object builder: Bind to a controller custom event pre hook twice, test #4 and #5

  Test #25 - Object builder: Multiple event controller binding, test #2

Just one more thing to look at I suppose if you are going t support the new 2.x versions.  It's modularity and custom build features seem well positioned to downsize the minimum footprint build for a jQuery2 AgilityJS project.
